Get to know me

Hi, I’m Sara — a London-based nutritional therapist dedicated to helping you harness the power of plants towards a vibrant and sustainable health.

Nutritional Therapist

My practice is grounded in the six pillars of lifestyle medicine - 

1) a whole food plant predominant diet,

2)physical activity,

3)restorative sleep,

4)stress management,

5)positive social connections and

6) avoidance of risky substances - with a strong focus on whole-food, plant-based nutrition and a non-judgmental, evidence-informed approach to lasting change.

I work with people across all stages of their plant-based journey, from committed vegans to those exploring how plant-forward eating can help with energy, digestion, or metabolic health challenges (such as elevated blood sugar, abdominal weight gain, high triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol, or high blood pressure).

I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist (College of Naturopathic Medicine) with over 200 hours of clinical experience, currently completing a MSc in Applied Nutrition at City St. George's, University of London.I’m fully insured, registered with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, and a member of Plant-Based Health Professionals UK.I also serve as an advisory board member for V-Label International and as non-executive director at ProVeg UK.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen testing recipes, hosting a plant-based dinner for friends or out and about on a hike.
